    Who can attend?

Alder Tree Primary extra-curricular clubs are available to everyone! Whichever year group children are in there are a range of after-school sessions.

Some activities are specifically targeted at individual year groups or key stages and this information is provided in the timetable above. Activities that are open to everyone is a great opportunities for children to make friends in other year groups.

How do I sign my child up?

Some clubs have limited numbers, so it is essential that you contact the member of staff running the session as soon as possible to secure a place. If your child no longer wishes to attend the club, please do let us know so we can offer their space to someone else.

    What is available?

The selection of activities are listed in the table above. If there’s a club your child would like to take part in that isn’t currently offered, please mention it to Main Reception and we will try our hardest to run it next term.

What happens if a club has to be cancelled?

Occasionally clubs may need to be cancelled, such as when there is bad weather or staff illness. Children and parents* will be made aware of this at the very first opportunity so that they can plan their journey home. A phone call will be made to all parents of such a cancellation. If you are unable to collect your child until the end of the planned activity, we shall direct them to another club or After School Club.
